deciding what to do - which of the zillions of business opportunities that you see every day are right for you! The choices are overwhelming at best - and paralyzing at worst!
Here's some questions to ask yourself before committing to a particular course ofaction:
1) Do I want to sell a product or service that I provide or create personally?
2) If the answer is yes - do I have the financial and/or time resources to provide the customer support this might entail?
3) Will I need to quit my current job to do this?
4) If yes, can I survive for 6 to 12 months with minimal income? (worst case scenario is always good planning!)
5) What books, products, or services have I purchased online over the last 6 months?
6) Why did I make these purchases? Was I satisfied with the purchase? Could I have done it better?
7) What are my interests and hobbies? Is it easy to find information & books or products and services related to these online?
8) Am I considering an opportunity or business because a family member or friend is doing it successfully - or because I really want to?
9) Am I letting my friends and family decide for me whether or not I should do something to change and probably improve my future?
The beauty of the Internet is that you can quickly change and move onto something else if your current choices are not right for you.
Affiliate programs are ideal for someone just starting out as the start-up costs are very minimal - usually more time than money, and still offer an opportunity to supplement your income.
MLM programs are usually the best way to build long term residual income but require more start-up costs.
Both options offer such a wide variety of products that no matter what your interests - from health to technology and everything in between - it's pretty easy to find something that fit your needs.
